Alarm Response

This round the clock service can be a distinct advantage to every company, regardless of size and location, as it ensures your keys are secured in a safe and secure location.

In the event of an intruder break-in or the activation of an alarm at your premises G3 will respond immediately, dispatching one of our local units who will posses the keys for your site and be able to enter it to respond to the alert. Our guards will then email a report to our control room which will allow us to formalise the procedure and email the report to the client.

This fully trained and vetted security officer will check the premises for signs of an intruder and in case of a false alarm will reset the security system. In the event of a break in, they will escalate the incident to Police and a nominated member of your staff.

Our 24-hour control room are available to respond to your site needs. We take all the relevant regulations and standards into consideration when storing your keys and ensure only authorised and licensed members of Radar Security are able to access them.
